Hello Everyone!
It's your Club President, Angela Weinberg, here! And welcome to the Health and Fitness Club web page. It's created by me for you, to help you on your quest to a more health interested and/or health concious lifestyle. I will be blogging and constantly keeping up to date on everything happening in the club this year, and you can always come to the site to refresh your memory on everything we do in and out of school.
Health and Fitness Club meetings will be held in N3-203 on Tuesdays at lunch. Our adviser is Mrs. Worden and she will be helping out with and observing over everything we take on.
All Healthy recipes (which I promise will always be delicious and 100% satisfying) will be found in the Healthy Recipes section to the left. The foods that we talk about in class and that are ultilized within the recipes will be posted in the Healthy Food Index also to the left.
Please, please, please feel more than free comment me in the blog section and tell me how I am doing! Any suggestions at all, comment me there and I will be more than glad to take them into account. After all, this club and website duo is first and foremost made FOR YOU and your success as a healthy eater and active liver, if you choose to take on the challenge (the satisfying, exhilerating, exciting and easy challenge at that

The Event Calendar section will display all meeting, community service and group charity dates for the year.
I truly hope that I can make our time together super fun and enjoyable and I will try my hardest to spread all the knowledge and excitement I have in order to show you how to be a cleaner, healthier, wholesome person.
